Many of us need to give our users the ability to search multiple fields, through one field option. For instance, students can search our alumni directory, by major, state, profession, etc. for career advice. When the student searches on "MAJOR", I want to have that to search the fields Major 1 & Major 2 in RE. Also, in general, directories should have the functionality to type in open text in searches and it search for key words (i.e. Account*) and accounting, accountants, account reps etc, should show up. These are universal ways to search directories and we are being asked repeatedly for these options.
