Use batch template for gifts processed through plug-in completed
When downloading the donation transactions into The Raiser's Edge via Blackbaud NetCommunity version 5.1 you can select to assign a specific number to the batch.
From the NetCommunity page, click Donations. The Donations Transactions screen appears.
From the menu bar, select Tools, Transaction Options. The Transaction Options screen appears.
In the Batch Number frame in the field Specify batch number click the binoculars to search for a batch in The Raiser's Edge.
To return to the Donations Transactions screen, click OK. To confirm the correct batch number is assigned to the donation transaction, view Current Batch Number in the lower left corner of the screen.
