let email bounces for constituent lists be reflected in RE under review
For constituent lists, any email that bounces should be referred back to the RE constituent record as a solicit code and/or the do not email check box
Blackbaud is currently reviewing this feature suggestion. We will update this website with any additional information as it becomes available.

more to the point, if there is a hard bounce at an email address that address should be deleted (or queued for deletion in BBNC transactions) from the RE record. this would allow me to have an accurate picture of how many constituents stay in touch with us via email. absolutely critical as we head more and more paperless.

In NetCommunity, the bounced email addresses are separate from email addresses of mailboxes that are full, etc. However, there is no distinction in Raiser's Edge. There should be 2 categories of bounced emails in RE:Query so that global changes can be made effectively.
